As early as possible! While we are able to accommodate last minute requests, we kindly request 5-6 weeks’ notice for all training requests. Contact Heart To Beat LLC as soon as possible to reserve a day and time that works for you!
Heart To Beat LLC travels to you! Training classes can be held at your office, warehouse, community center, swim club or school. We bring all equipment to run our class. Please note all Lifeguard training must be hosted at a pool that meets all required specifications. Please inquire for more information regarding this.

Certification cards are issued upon successful completion of the course or within 48 hours.
We work with all clients to work to arrange both first time and recertification classes. Please reach out to us with information on what class is needed and how many students are recertifying versus attending for the first time. We will work to accommodate all of your needs!
Yes! Heart To Beat LLC offers training seven days a week. We offer early morning, late evening, overnight and weekend training to accommodate those who are unable to attend a weekday class.

Yes. Heart To Beat LLC will work to stagger employees in a class so that businesses may remain open and functioning if training is conducted during normal business hours.
Most courses do not have a minimum age requirement. Lifeguarding classes require students to be at least 15 years of age and be able to successfully complete a pre-course screening.
