Your AED Technician ensures your unit is both State and ADA compliant
AED Managers monitor our database daily
30-45 days prior to expiration a technician will service your AED and restock if needed
While on site the technician will update our database automatically notifying you of updates
Before leaving your technician will interface with the AED Coordinator to answer any questions

What if I find an issue with my AED?

If your unit has been tampered with, stolen, or deployed and you are unsure what to do, we have your back!

Call our 24/7 hotline if your unit has been stolen, malfunctioned, or deployed
A team member will answer your call and set up a time to meet at your facility same day
The technician will perform service on your AED as needed
If AED service is needed we will provide it free of charge
The technician will assist you in-person with paperwork should your AED have been employed
One of our AED managers will follow up to answer any questions and offer an incident review
If you are using a loaner unit, a technician will remove the loaner and deliver your unit once it is Rescue Ready

First Aid Program is implemented or Management of an existing Program is assumed.

Your experienced Technician ensures that your equipment is Rescue Ready. Your program is now live.

3.

Either quarterly or monthly an experienced technician will arrive on-site during normal business hours, perform inventory, clean and restock your cabinet as needed.

4.

The technician will follow up with the staff to answer any questions and offer solutions to any potential needs.
