Meet Mike, John, and Dave
Mike Britton
Mike has extensive experience driving growth through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and operational rigor. He has partnered directly with executive teams at both small companies and Fortune 500s to expand into new markets, launch services, and strengthen operations. He has played a lead role in more than 50 acquisitions and growth initiatives, including stepping into interim leadership roles to help management teams deliver results. At Heart To Beat, Mike sees an exciting opportunity to build on the company’s strong foundation and reputation by expanding services, extending its reach, and pursuing disciplined acquisitions and partnerships.
John Ryan
John has built his career around using data and insights to help businesses grow. He has led analytics programs supporting product launches and operational improvements at both Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations. His expertise lies in identifying the key metrics that drive success and ensuring businesses have the right tools and processes to act on them. John has direct experience implementing analytics in small business settings, and at Heart To Beat he will focus on strengthening our reporting, data systems, and infrastructure so the team can continue making informed decisions as we scale.
Dave Stefanski
Dave has spent his career leading B2B sales and account management, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and helping teams grow. He has held leadership roles in sales enablement, where he developed strategies for CRM, training, organizational design, and incentive programs. Dave has also overseen startups and managed multiple product lines, giving him hands-on experience in both growing new ventures and strengthening established businesses. At Heart To Beat, Dave will support sales and marketing, bringing best practices and new ideas to help the team reach more customers and communities.
